Building instructions for part - finish at home, or step by step



Kit finish at home contains this parts to finalization model airplane:

For model finish at home - Nr.: 11101 to landing gear:


                  

Landing gear, fibreglass bands, elastic band, wiry eye, bag with micro-balons.

                  

Fibreglass case air-brakes, two-sided glue bands, air-brakes, piping into fuselage, steering link servo, click hinge, laminated piece.


For model finish at home - Nr.: 10101 void landing gear:



Fibreglass case air-brakes, two-sided glue bands, air-brakes, piping into fuselage, steering link servo, click hinge, laminated piece, bag with micro-balons.


For finishing the kit you need ( not included in the set):

sharp knife, scissors, cyanoacrylate glue, epoxyd glue, drilling machine, needle files, screwdriver, emery-paper, bicarbonate, scroll saw, handsaw, set-square, kleště, pair of tongs, abrasive disk, brush-pencil.



FINISHING THE KIT

The kit is not suitable for the beginners, the workflow can be modified as required according to one's experience.

COCKPIT


                  

1. Appropriate to cockpit.

                  

2. Sharpen, deburr toll cockpit.

                  

3. Sharpen fray cockpit.

RUDDER FLAP


                  

5. Appropriate to rudder flap.

                  

6. Prune of burr.

                  

7. Prune of rudder flap.

                  

8. Fit and sink trailing edge rudder flap.

FUSELAGE


                  

10. Prepare rudder flap, laminated piece and click hinge.

                  

11. On-click hinge on rudder flap.

                  

12. Laminated piece set to click hinge.

                  

13. Define spacer among laminated piece and rudder flap on cca 3 mm.

                  

14. Seat to the plains.

                  

15. Concoction epoxyd with mixture micro-balons, which are in bag delivery with kit.

                  

16. Dab mixture on click hinge.

                  

17. On two click hinge.

                  

18. Leave 24 clock around setting.

                  

19. Concoction epoxyd with mixture micro-balons, which are in bag delivery with kit.

                  

20. Dab mixture on laminated piece.

                  

21. Laminated part introduction in rudder and guarantee against shift.

                  

22. Execute verification flap angle to the right.

                  

23. Execute verification flap angle to the left.

                  

24. Leave 24 clock around setting.

                  

25. Mark point for opening wire servo.

                  

26. Drill hole for wire servo.

                  

27. Sharpen hole for wire servo.

                  

28. Mark points for hole.

                  

29. Drill hole.

                  

30. Drawing linked hole.

                  

31. Drawing link all hole.

                  

32. Cut out, milling opening for servo.

                  

33. Opening fit and sink emery-paper.

                  

34. And we've ready opening for servo.

                  

35. Clip off band fibreglass.

                  

36. Size up st. tape length for landing gear well.

                  

37. Clip off on requisite length.

                  

38. This way yourself setting-up two bands.

                  

39. Dab second cyanoacrylate glue.

                  

40. Insertion band into landing gear well.

                  

41. Press and leave get dry.

                  

42. It like get up on the other side.

                  

43. And we've glued-on.

                  

44. Prepare wiry eye, belong kit.

                  

45. Dab drop cyanoacrylate glue.

49. Landing gear set in landing gear well and centered.

                  

50. Landing gear secure drop cyanoacrylate glue.

                  

51. Prepare wing joiner, piping into fuselage, cockpit and bag with micro-ballon.

                  

52. Polish wing joiner, which is already dissociation.

                  

53. Polish wing joiner, which is already dissociation.

                  

54. Ends piping sharpen.

                  

55. Deburr piping.

                  

56. Ends piping sharpen.

                  

57. Deburr piping.

                  

58. Into fuselage set hind piping on wing joiner.

68. Place glass fibre bands and clean epoxyd permeate through.

                  

69. Permeate through glass fibre bands.

                  

70. It like work also on the other side.

                  

71. Cockpit set to fuselage and check, whether we're fuselage no deform.

                  

72. Leave 24 clock around setting.

                  

73. End wing joiner grip in pincers and twitch turn about axes.

75. Prepare elastic band and tweezer.

                  

76. Spread, open tweezers wiry eye.

                  

77. Run elastic band infra-axillary landing gear.

WING


                  

81. Prepare scalpel, brake plate and two-sided glue bands.

                  

82. Draw off capping pass bands.

                  

83. Sticking brake plate on bands.

                  

84. Cut pursuant to st. brake plate.

                  

85. This identical make with second brake plate.

                  

86. A we've ready both brake plate.

                  

87. Mark point for opening wire servo.

                  

88. Drill hole for wire servo.

                  

89. Sharpen hole for wire servo.

                  

90. Prepare handsaw to trim away aileron.

                  

91. Incision aileron on some ends.

                  

92. Incision aileron on second ends.

                  

93. Turn wing on underside and incision aileron on some ends.

                  

94. And on second ends.

                  

95. Canny fold down aileron and move hinge.

                  

96. Prepare sand-paper.

                  

97. Sharpen gap among wings and aileron, so with a view to aileron well move.

                  

98. Inspect deflection aileron on both sides.

                  

99. sand down toll aileron.

                  

100. Mark points for hole.

                  

101. Drill hole.

                  

102. Drawing link all hole.

                  

103. Cut out, milling opening for servo.

                  

104. Milling of all four opening for servo.

                  

105. Opening fit and sink emery-paper.

                  

106. You-mill opening for air-brakes.

                  

107. You-mill opening for air-brakes.

                  

108. You-mill opening for air-brakes.

                  

109. You-milled opening for air-brakes.

                  

110. Scalpel into-cut ends.

                  

111. Take out cull fibreglass.

                  

112. Clean emery-paper toll.

117. Pincers pressing, ensure end steering link.

122. Prepare scissors, sand-paper and fibreglass case air-brakes.

124. Sand-paper fit and sink fibreglass case air-brakes.

126. On wings inspect seat, case air-brakes.

                  

127. Draw off capping pass bands.

                  

128. For certainty, insure cyanoacrylate.

                  

129. Stick case air-brakers, that way so as to fit with opening in wings.

                  

130. Press ends case to air-brakers.

                  

131. Push out air-brakers into get dry glue.
